the wind tonight's really cold.
actually it's almost morning already. but i still dont feel like sleeping yet.
currently addicted to 3 things!
1) practising dance
2) cycling
3) reading pokemon comics
mm time for grandfather story!
havent been getting enough sleep for the past few days.
we had prac with s4s on friday, and you kinda get impressed at how fast the girls learn stuff.
and obviously, amused at how some people dance, especially the guys HAHA
but i guess most of us feel the same way: we've improved much significantly from the stiff and grooveless people we were at the start of the year.
and it heartens you to see that there's this difference in standards. of course you still hope that the batch that comes in are good or at least have potential too :D
even better if they can outshine us with practice.
and yea its a beneficial cycle! we get our motivation to improve from our seniors and juniors as well, and it's the same for them too (:
but we still have a long way to go before we reach our ideal dancenight standard. which has to be really high not only because the seniors had set a high benchmark for us to follow but because it'll probably be the last performance for most of us, at least before a levels.
and this time we're gna take so much more ownership. we're gna have our
own item, do our fusion items which lots of us are looking forward to :D

saturday i ended up camping at home and stoning i think. and planning my route for cycling on sunday!
sunday was the most tiring day omg. i wanted to leave for cycling early in the morning lo but as usual (bleah) i ended up waking up late, doing random things and spent quite a bit of time packing stuffs for cycling.
after all, it was gna be my first cycling trip alone in the day.
brother kindly lent me her bike which is kinda old but really did quite a good job HAHA.
though her bike's gears were screwed so cldnt really cycle fast but not bad le lah :D
i was supposed to cycle from our area to dw's home!
and im damn lucky that her bike pedal only fell off at marymount because it was alr quite close to dw's home.
and i managed to borrow a spanner which fixed the pedal back on :D
but for the distance without the pedal i had to cycle by trying to 'feel' for the thing that links the pedal to the chains and try to push it cos if it didnt turn then i couldnt cycle with the left pedal le.
i bet i was looking damn retarded. because there was this couple at the bus stop staring at me as i tried to step on the imaginary pedal but failing quite frequently and ending up trying to tread on thin air -.-"
eh but aft awhile i did it lor so proud of myself HAHA
oh and the stretch at lornie road which is a flyover over the pie is quite scary to cycle across. but kind of experienced it during night cycling on the expressway with dw (which was a traumatic experience. you can go read last year's december posts if you want to know more :D)
so i was slightly mentally prepared le ba.
the problem was cycling against the traffic cos there's this like exit to the expressway and i had to cycle across it, which was kinda easy! but then i couldnt get onto the pavement in time and i had a close shave with like 2 vehicles before i struggled back onto the kerb zz =.=
ohyea and lots of stupid things like banging into the concrete benches at the bus stops. zz poor manoeuvring skills sigh.
and for people who cycle on the road before, you know there's this gap between the road kerb and the tar surface of the road where the drain openings usually are. the one at our sch there is ESPECIALLY BIG. so when you cycle into that gap its damn hard for you to get out cos you cant do a direct turn especially when the traffic's on your direct right.
and if you do a slight turn your bike's front wheel will keep trying to straighten forward cause of the difference in elevation between the gap and the tar surface of the road. eventually you'll lose stability and topple over de -.-
and moving too close to the left will make you knock into the stupid road kerb duh
and so i was quite intimidated when i was cycling in that gap.
oh and i tried to find the 'cute one' at ulu pandan cc but apparently wrong timing le lah bleah.
k! my mum just woke up HAHA
time to sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep
Endured till
2:10 AM
With my rifle and my brothers and me~
