whatever really i cant be bothered
so what if i got BBCCD for blocks? big deal
i wont get suspended
dont need extra remedials
my mum was quite satisfied with my results at least :D
but in the end where can BBCCD take you to? i still need to work so much harder to get better results
you need distinctions for h3 (which im not planning to take anw)
you need good results for all sorts of other opportunities (i wna go OCIP at the end of the yearr)
and i cant always be deluding myself that i can score even better than that simply because for these block tests, i only started on math a week before. the rest of the subjects last minute revise one
you need to get your act up lah junan.
stop slacking so much
dont think just cos you didnt screw this series of block tests you wont screw promos.
there're lots of other people who've screwed blocks but are strongly motivated to study.
but not me. hopefully during promos ill be able to constantly remind myself
my results are not only about avoiding suspension.
its my role as a student
meeting teachers', my mum and my relatives' expectations
setting a role model for my sister
leaving a good impression on others
its about being qualified for other stuffs
getting your future scholarship
and my fulfilment of a promise made 3 years ago.

today was a damn funny albeit screwed day
it all started with waking up at
705am =.=
and i panicked like some idiot cos today was supposed to be phototaking day
and so i rushrushrush
and i think i took 10 secs to drink my cup of honeyed water and another cup of milk
then i stuffed my bread with nutella in like 15 secs into my mouth
and all this would not have been possible without my mum who prepared everything nicely while constantly trying to wake me upand then i was still chewing on my bread all the way to the bus stop
and i missed 970 (which i can take to change at the bus stop opp kap)
the time was 7:15 i think.
but nvm, i saw 77 coming!
or i thought i did.
so i just happily boarded the bus and enjoyed the aircon,
till i realized the bus wasnt turning left towards school at the junction beside kap.
then i chua tio. like seriously. cos i realized i was taking 61 =.=
"see la never wear specs"
okay that was damn screwed. and i happened to remember that i left my specs at home omg. today got 2 lectures sia no specs means i wont be able to see anything those 2 lectures bleah
so when i alighted at the bus stop behind kap at like 7:23, i CHIONGED to kap, tried to catch my breath, then chiong again to the right bus stop.
yea and i saw like 4 buses which i can take zoom past. a few of which were those buses which i could take directly from my home -.-"
so much for trying to change buses so i could reach sch earlier
and then when i boarded 67 at about 7:25 i was damn shuanggg but still praying i wouldnt miss the class photo.
reached sch late liao (confirm one luh siao impossible to reach school so fast)
so for the first time, i gave my ez-link card to the pe teachers for being late. zz
then walked briskly to class bench, only to realize that phototaking is at about 8
SIGH. but still late what.
and jiale mabel weiyi missed the photo. hai i want a full class photo lehh
yep so that's how screwed today was.
and coincidentally, larry asked me to remind the class to reach earlier today because there was phototaking.
in the end, today became the first day of my jc life when i was late. a worthy day to remember haha :D
the amusing parts!
watching zhanhao, cy, brother, jonj, larry and nicole playing air hockey on people's ipod touch and iphones. super amusing lah :D
and so we concluded that given a few ipod touches and iphones, 09s76 is able to be self-entertained
during gp lesson, a lim asked,
"siwei are you eating something?"
and brother, with a completely unabashed look, took out her pocky stick to show it at her as if it was instinctive lah
LOL DAMN EPIC. some of us thought she intentionally attitude her sia.
but end up i think she didnt mind cos brother was being honest HAHA
and she said
"you can eat as long as you dont disrupt the class"
oh and my guailan compre answers HAHA i shall scan them and post tmr or sth :D
holy's chem lecture! cc and hunter put on earplugs lor! chao zai
and it was a good idea because her voice + microphone was deafening please omg
and as usual she got a super low tolerance level for noise. which is okay actually but the way she handles and scolds the students makes everyone despise her lah.
luckily she still got abit of sense of humour with her lame jokes about homologous series as families
"for example, tan ah kow and tan ah miao belong to the same family"
"but tan ah kow and...cheng ah miao, whatever"
(she spent some time trying to think of a different surname and her whatever sounded super funny HAHA)
oh btw, she was talking about the prefixes for the chemicals with a specific functional grp like hydroxy- for additional hydroxyl grps blahblahblah
econs lecture!
OMG i think nicole, darren and the gang at the back are damn funny.
they were picking on the econ lecturer's pronunciation (i forgot her name =P) cos she has the habit of placing EXtra emphaSISS on certain syllables in her words. and then she varies the intonation of her words alot, so much to the point then when she says something like
"
What does this mean?"
her
what is high pitched and like on the verge of going off pitch =.=
and then there was this epic moment when she said some word like "what" with that funny pitch twice in a row
nicole imitated her voice once and then the group of us ard me burst out laughing :D
and following that, people decided to listen more closely and niao her for her pronunciation
then as usual, mdmyeoh will have her usual comical comments and ppl will be commenting on random things like:
dom's suggestion for an alternative mode of transport instead of cars in thailand : to use
elephantsHAHA and it earned darren, dom and hunter a punishment to stand for the rest of the lesson
eeyur but i forgot what funny suggestion someone made in class today. zz
bio tut! larry was esp noisy and yea we also concluded that larry will be excessively active in oral participation in class when he
1) does his work
2) sits in front of the class
3) doesnt play his iphone
4) not talking crap with jonj or sth
so overall i think the day was quite fun HAHA
worth it for that one demerit point
but i could have had a clean record lor if not for the fact that i slept at 430 yesterday =.=
night :D
