Today marked the end of our 2nd Part B camp...
For me it was relatively screwed...we part b's in our section failed to teach and lead the part a's properly, failed to stand by our promises, failed to achieve most of the expectations set for us..including the PT test criteria..
For me i managed to pass pumpings the 2nd time but i failed my pull-ups although i passed it the previous time...maybe it was because of No. 4 weighing me down.
We also did not seize chances to teach a part a how to pump properly...the reason being the part a seriously lacking the physical standards but the fact that we did not make use of the time properly revealed ourselves as inefficient seniors and that we did not really put our mind to it.
We also had to receive lots of prompting before we took action to do things like cheering, and this was not acceptable..
On a brighter note, today after camp was the Park and Beach cleaning. We scramed halfway, taking advantage of the weather and went for bowling, with much gratitude to the NCOs who we guess got caught for trying to aid us in our "escape". The pictures (only a few) might be posted on the part blog with a post from the ICs. It was fun and enjoyable, with many people managing to learn how to curve their shots (screwing up @ the same time) while everyone ate and relaxed. Despite the sian-ness that was brought by the thought of instant noodles during camp, (ironically) people still ate the instant noodles prepared in the bowling centre, of course the noodles there better and easily cooked with the boiling water la.
